Ingredients
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
16 ounces rotini pasta
1 pound steak, diced into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Red pepper flakes, optional
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Reserved pasta water, as needed
Instructions
1. Dice steak into bite-sized cubes and pat dry.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear steak bites in batches, 2–3 minutes per side. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.
5. Add heavy cream and simmer for 3–5 minutes until thickened.
6. Stir in parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
7. Cook rotini pasta until al dente, then drain (reserve some pasta water).
8. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and stir to coat. Use pasta water if needed.
9. Gently fold in steak bites and allow everything to warm through.
10. Garnish with parsley and serve with bread or salad.
Notes
Use high-quality steak cuts like ribeye or sirloin.
Do not overcrowd the skillet while searing steak bites.
Truffle oil drizzle adds a gourmet touch.
