Ingredients

4 slices sourdough or artisan bread

1 cup ricotta cheese (well-drained)

½ cup baby spinach

¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped

½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp butter


Instructions
