Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1 packet au jus gravy mix

1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)

56 whole pepperoncini peppers

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (from the jar)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: chopped fresh parsley or green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.

  2. Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning mixes evenly over the top.

  3. Cut butter into slices and place over the chicken.

  4. Add pepperoncini peppers and pour in the juice.

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.

  6. Once done, shred the chicken with two forks directly in the pot.

  7. Stir everything together and serve warm.
