Ingredients
1 pound frozen dumplings
2 blocks ramen noodles
1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
2 tablespoons red curry paste
2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chili crisp or chili oil
3 green onions, sliced
0.25 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. In a large bowl or jug, whisk together the coconut milk, red curry paste, broth, and soy sauce until fully blended.
