Ingredients

1.5 lb sirloin steak tips

1 tbsp olive oil

1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp salted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

8 oz penne pasta

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Pat the sirloin steak tips dry and toss them in olive oil and Cajun seasoning.

2. In a hot skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and sear steak tips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

3. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

5. Add parmesan cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy.
