Ingredients
3 pounds chuck roast
1.5 pounds baby potatoes
4 carrots, peeled and cut
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs rosemary
1.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Season chuck roast with salt and pepper. Sear all sides in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat until browned.
