Ingredients
8 oz brie cheese wheel
4 to 5 fresh figs, quartered
1/3 cup pecans, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic reduction (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or oven-safe skillet with parchment paper and place the brie wheel inside.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pecans and figs. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the figs soften and pecans toast slightly.
3. Add rosemary and honey to the skillet. Stir to coat everything well, then remove from heat.
4. Spoon the fig and pecan mixture over the brie.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the brie is soft to the touch and warmed through.
6. Drizzle with balsamic reduction, if using. Garnish with additional rosemary and serve immediately.
Notes
For the best texture, serve immediately while the brie is warm and melty.
You can substitute figs with dried dates or cranberries if fresh figs are out of season.
