  • 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 6 pieces small flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • Chocolate syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Fry the Taco Shells – Lightly fry the flour tortillas in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Shape into taco shells by folding over a spatula handle while cooling.
  • Coat with Fruity Pebbles – Brush warm shells with melted butter, then dip them into crushed Fruity Pebbles.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling – Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in whipped heavy cream until light and fluffy.
  • Assemble the Tacos – Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the taco shells.
  • Add Toppings – Top with whipped cream, extra Fruity Pebbles, and chocolate syrup if desired.
