Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or parsley
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet or baking dish with foil or parchment paper.
2. In a small bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, lime juice, and olive oil until smooth.
3. Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared pan.
4. Season the salmon with salt and black pepper.
