Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken dry and cut it into evenly sized bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 3 to 4 minutes without stirring too much so it can brown.
5. Stir and continue cooking for another 3 to 5 minutes until the chicken is nearly cooked through.
6. Reduce the heat slightly and add the butter and minced garlic.
7. Stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the chicken is fully cooked.
8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
