Description

Ingredients

1 cup butterscotch chips

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

3 cups chow mein noodles

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

2 tablespoons red and green candy pearls or holiday sprinkles


Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.

2. Add the butterscotch chips and peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl.

3. Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

10. Let the cookies set at room temperature for 30 to 45 minutes, or chill for 15 minutes until firm.
