Ingredients
1 1/2 cups vanilla protein shake
2 oz light cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Add the vanilla protein shake, light cream cheese, cheesecake pudding mix, blueberries, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure not to go above the max fill line.
3. Cover and freeze on a flat surface for 24 hours.
4. Remove the pint from the freezer and process using the Lite Ice Cream setting or Ice Cream setting, depending on your machine.
5. If the texture looks crumbly after the first spin, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of milk and respin until creamy.
6. Add the graham cracker crumbs into the center and use the Mix-In function.
7. Scoop and serve right away with extra blueberries or graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Notes
Do not skip softening the cream cheese and blending the base until fully smooth, or you may end up with tiny tangy lumps that affect the final creamy texture.
