Ingredients
300g beef strips
200g spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Season beef strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the beef strips for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
3. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
4. In the skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently.
6. Add Parmesan cheese and extra Cajun seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.
7. Add cooked spaghetti and reserved water to the skillet. Toss to coat.
8. Return beef to the skillet and combine.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and more Parmesan if desired.
10. Serve hot.
Notes
Use sirloin or ribeye for the juiciest, most tender beef strips.
Adjust the Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference—more for heat, less for mild flavor.
