¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
1 ½ tbsp ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsalted butter (softened)
For the Cream Filling:
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup mascarpone or cream cheese (softened)
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Make the Dough: Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Mix warm milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla separately, then combine with the dry ingredients. Knead for 8 minutes until smooth. Let rise for 1–1.5 hours.
- Prepare Cinnamon Filling: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside butter for spreading.
