Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 1/3 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease or line a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly combined.
3. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
5. Sprinkle the semisweet chocolate chips evenly over the milk.
6. Add the butterscotch chips in an even layer.
7. Top with the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
8. Gently press the top layers down so they settle into the condensed milk.
9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown around the edges and lightly toasted on top.
10. Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
Do not slice the bars while they are still warm, or the layers may fall apart and turn messy instead of setting into neat, chewy squares.
