Description

Glow-Up Pizza Night is the kind of easy dinner that makes an ordinary evening feel instantly more fun. These cheesy pizza sliders are baked with soft rolls, rich pizza sauce, melty mozzarella, and pepperoni, then finished with a buttery garlic Parmesan topping for the ultimate pull-apart bite. It is a perfect quick dinner, easy recipe, family meal, party snack, game day food, and one of those reliable food ideas you will want for busy weeknights, dinner ideas, and casual comfort-food cravings.

Ingredients

12 slider rolls

1 cup pizza sauce

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24 slices pepperoni

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.

3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.

4. Sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

5. Layer the pepperoni evenly over the cheese.

6. Add the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella on top of the pepperoni.

7. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

8. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.

9. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered tops.

10. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

11. Remove the foil and bake for 5 to 7 more minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

12. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or pull apart and serve warm.

Notes

Avoid using too much sauce, or the bottoms can turn soggy instead of staying soft and nicely structured.
