Ingredients

1 cup chai concentrate

3 tablespoons cherry syrup

3/4 cup milk

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon powdered sugar

1 tablespoon cherry juice

1 cup ice

1 pinch ground cinnamon


Instructions

1. Fill a tall glass with the cherry syrup and ice.

2. Pour the chilled chai concentrate over the ice.

3. Add the milk and stir gently to combine.

4. In a small bowl or frother, whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and cherry juice until thick but still pourable.

5. Spoon the cherry foam over the top of the latte.

Notes
