Ingredients
1 large English cucumber
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning, divided
Instructions
1. Wash the cucumber and, if desired, peel alternating strips for a decorative look. Slice into 12 to 14 thick rounds.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, fresh dill, and 1 tablespoon of everything bagel seasoning until smooth and creamy.
