Description

Craving a cold, creamy dessert that tastes indulgent but still fits into your high protein food ideas? This Ninja Creami Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Ice Cream is the answer. It blends smooth vanilla protein, tangy cream cheese, and sweet strawberries into a thick, scoopable frozen treat with classic cheesecake flavor in every bite. Perfect for a healthy snack, easy recipe, quick dessert, post workout treat, and fun homemade ice cream idea, this pint delivers big flavor with simple ingredients and a satisfying texture.

Ingredients

1 bottle vanilla protein shake

1 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup strawberries

1 tbsp sweetener

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp milk, for re-spin if needed

1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs, for topping

1 tbsp strawberry sauce or strawberry puree, optional swirl

Instructions

1. Add the vanilla protein shake, softened cream cheese, strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

2. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and smooth the top.

3. Freeze the pint on a flat surface for at least 24 hours until fully solid.

4. Place the frozen pint into the Ninja Creami machine and run the Lite Ice Cream setting.

5. Check the texture after the first spin. If it looks crumbly, add 1 tablespoon milk and run a re-spin cycle.

6. For extra strawberry cheesecake flavor, swirl in the strawberry sauce after spinning if desired.

7. Top with graham cracker crumbs and serve immediately.

Notes

Do not add too much liquid before the first spin, or the pint may freeze unevenly and turn icy instead of creamy.
