2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
2. Add the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a saucepan over low heat.
3. Stir constantly until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt.

6. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top and gently press them in.
7. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, or until fully set.

Notes
Do not use high heat when melting the white chocolate or it can turn grainy and seize before the fudge has a smooth texture.
