Instructions
 

  • Shred peeled potatoes and soak in cold water for 10 minutes to remove excess starch.
  • Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly using a kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  • Toss shredded potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread mixture evenly and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway.
  • Serve hot and enjoy immediately with your favorite breakfast dishes.
