  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 1 stalk celery chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop the celery, red onion, and cilantro. Dice the avocados and squeeze the lime juice. Drain the tuna.
  • In a large bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Add the tuna, celery, onion, and cilantro. Stir gently to combine.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Notes

Best served fresh. To store, cover tightly and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Add lime juice to help prevent browning.
