  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
  • Place chicken breasts on one side of the pan, asparagus on the other.
  • Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Season both chicken and asparagus with salt and pepper.
  • Spoon Caesar dressing over chicken, then top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and cheese is golden.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

To brighten the dish, squeeze fresh lemon over the chicken before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Avoid freezing due to the creamy texture.
