Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 cup warm milk 110°F
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Filling

  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened

Glaze

  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. Stir in sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
  • Add flour and salt. Mix until dough forms. Knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour or until doubled.
  • Roll dough into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Roll up dough tightly. Slice into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9x13-inch pan. Let rise 30–40 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–28 minutes or until golden.
  • Whisk powdered sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Pour over warm rolls.
