Dough
- 1 cup warm milk 110°F
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
Filling
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 2 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter softened
Glaze
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2-3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine warm milk and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy. Stir in sugar, melted butter, and eggs.
Add flour and salt. Mix until dough forms. Knead 6–8 minutes until smooth. Let rise in greased bowl for 1 hour or until doubled.
Roll dough into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Roll up dough tightly. Slice into 12 rolls. Place in greased 9x13-inch pan. Let rise 30–40 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–28 minutes or until golden.
Whisk powdered sugar, melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Pour over warm rolls.
