Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh Lump Crab Meat
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Mix the biscuit mix according to package instructions and fold in cheddar cheese.
  • Gently combine crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley.
  • Flatten dough portions, add crab filling, and seal before placing on a baking sheet.
  • Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes. Brush with melted garlic butter.
  • Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Keep the crab filling slightly chunky to enjoy the texture of lump crab meat. Reheat in the oven for best texture; microwaving may make them soggy.
