1lbsirloin or ribeye steakcut into bite-size cubes

1tspItalian seasoning
1/2tspsaltor to taste
1/2tspground black pepper
1.25cupsheavy cream
1/2cupbeef broth
1/2cupParmesan cheesegrated
1tbspfresh parsleychopped, for garnish
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic, cooking until fragrant. Stir in Italian seasoning, beef broth, and heavy cream. Simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Add cooked pasta and beef to the skillet, toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
