Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. In the last 3 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and whisk until sauce thickens and becomes smooth.
  • Return chicken, pasta, and broccoli to the skillet. Toss everything in the sauce until well coated.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan and black pepper.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture. If reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce.
