Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, then sear 1-2 minutes per side until pink and just cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and whisk in Parmesan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy garlic butter sauce.
  • Spoon cooked rice into bowls, sprinkle with parsley and dill, and top with the shrimp. Serve immediately.
