Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Tongs
  • Measuring cups & spoons
  • Chef’s Knife

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 tsp fine sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  • Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
  • Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

Use chicken thighs for a juicier bite and deeper flavor. Add a splash of white wine before the cream for extra richness.
