  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp olive oil for frying

Garlic Sauce

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and pat dry.
  • Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, and coat with Parmesan-panko mix.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium. Fry chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • For sauce: melt butter, sauté garlic, add broth and lemon juice, simmer 3–4 minutes, season, stir in parsley.
  • Drizzle garlic sauce over fried chicken and serve warm.
