Ingredients 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 large eggs beaten 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 3 tbsp olive oil for frying Garlic Sauce 4 tbsp unsalted butter 4 cloves garlic minced 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped Salt and pepper to taste
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness and pat dry.
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and a mix of panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
