  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and chili. Grill or pan-sear until charred and juicy. Slice thinly.
  • Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Add chicken broth, soy sauce, and cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Boil ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Place noodles in a bowl, pour over the creamy broth, and top with chicken, egg, chili flakes, and green onions.
