  • 1 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • Toppings of choice fresh berries, Fruity Pebbles, or whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows until smooth. Stir in the Fruity Pebbles. Quickly scoop small portions and mold them into taco shapes using a curved utensil. Let cool until firm.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mix.
  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into the cooled cereal taco shells.
  • Garnish with your favorite toppings like berries or extra Fruity Pebbles.
  • Refrigerate tacos for at least 30 minutes before serving.
