Instructions
In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and marshmallows until smooth. Stir in the Fruity Pebbles. Quickly scoop small portions and mold them into taco shapes using a curved utensil. Let cool until firm.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mix.
Pipe the cheesecake filling into the cooled cereal taco shells.
Garnish with your favorite toppings like berries or extra Fruity Pebbles.
Refrigerate tacos for at least 30 minutes before serving.
