  • 283 g diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Bake covered at 350°F for 20 minutes, then uncovered for 10.
  • Top with olives, tomatoes, cilantro, and sour cream.
