Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 390°F. Pat wings dry thoroughly.
Toss wings with olive oil in a bowl.
Add lemon zest, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss until coated.
Place wings on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket in a single layer.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or air fry for 20-24 minutes, flipping halfway.
Serve hot with optional extra lemon zest or wedges.
Notes
To enhance citrus flavor, add more zest after baking.
