Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz penne pasta or fusilli
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large deep skillet or Dutch oven. Sear the steak bites until browned on all sides, then remove and set aside.
  • In the same pot, melt 2 tbsp butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chili flakes.
  • Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, scraping the bottom to release browned bits.
  • Add pasta and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until al dente and the sauce has thickened.
  • Return steak to the pot, add Parmesan cheese, and toss everything together. Garnish with parsley or extra chili flakes if desired.
