Ingredients
  

  • 12 potstickers
  • 8 ounces noodles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or pork bites (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Pan-fry potstickers until golden, add water, cover, and steam until cooked.
  • Boil noodles, drain, and toss with sesame oil.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger, add vegetables, cook until tender-crisp.
  • Whisk soy sauce, hoisin, and sesame oil, toss with vegetables.
  • Assemble bowl with noodles, veggies, potstickers, and garnish.
