12 potstickers 8 ounces noodles 3 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated 1 cup shredded carrots 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 cup spinach leaves 2 green onions, sliced 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1 cup cooked chicken or pork bites (optional)
