Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream or fresh cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, and chili flakes. Coat the chicken in the marinade and let rest for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Parboil baby potatoes until just tender. Drain and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast at 425°F until golden and crispy.
  • Heat a skillet or grill pan and sear the chicken until browned on the outside and cooked through.
  • Blend feta, sour cream, dill, and garlic until creamy. Season to taste.
  • Plate the chicken with crispy potatoes, drizzle dill feta cream over the top, and garnish with fresh dill.

Notes

Marinate overnight for best flavor. Toss potatoes halfway through roasting for extra crispiness.
