Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz short pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
  • 2 tbsp harissa paste
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast 10–12 minutes until tender and crisp. Optional: roast vegetable peels for extra crunch.
  • Cook pasta until al dente, reserving 1 cup pasta water.
  • In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, stir in harissa paste, add cream, and melt in feta. Thin with pasta water if needed.
  • Toss pasta with sauce. Serve topped with chicken, asparagus, crisps, and herbs.
