Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 0.25 cup water
- 0.5 cup salsa optional
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 large flour tortillas
- olive oil spray or melted butter for brushing
- fresh chopped cilantro for garnish
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened. Add salsa if using.
Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Spoon beef onto tortillas, top with both cheeses, roll tightly, and tuck ends.
Place on baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with olive oil or butter.
Bake 12-15 minutes or air fry 7-8 minutes until golden.
Garnish with cilantro and serve with dips.
