  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 cup salsa optional
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • olive oil spray or melted butter for brushing
  • fresh chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened. Add salsa if using.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F or air fryer to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Spoon beef onto tortillas, top with both cheeses, roll tightly, and tuck ends.
  • Place on baking sheet seam-side down. Brush with olive oil or butter.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes or air fry 7-8 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve with dips.
